COMPONENTS:

1 tablespoon butter
1/2 mug blended dried out fruit
1 1/8 mugs ricotta cheese
3 egg yolks
1/4 mug superfine sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Carefully grated peel of 1 orange, plus added to enhance
Creme fraiche to offer

PREP WORK:

Gently oil 4 mini ovenproof bowls or ramekin recipes with the butter
